Picture Book Learning, Inc. (the company) is the sole owner of the information collected on www.picturebooklearning.com. The company collects personally identifiable information from our users only when samples are downloaded or products are ordered. We will not ever use your information for any other use, nor will we ever give or sell your information to any other organization.

Sample Download Registration

In order to download the free sample of a Picture Book Learning Activity Sheet, you must provide your name and e-mail address. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. We ask you to provide segment information (teacher, parent, home-school, student, other) to us. This information will be used solely by the company for the purposes of marketing analysis, website improvements and future product enhancements.

Orders - Skill Sheets

If you purchase Picture Book Learning Skill Sheets from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name and email). We use this information to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Financial information is not provided to the company, and is handled directly by PayPal.

Orders - Custom Picture Books

If you purchase custom picture books from the company, such as My Body Picture Book or My Name Picture Book, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address). We use this information for shipping purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Financial information is not provided to the company, and is handled directly by PayPal.

You may choose to send personal digital pictures to the company to customize your picture books. The pictures may be cropped or re-sized by the company to fit the standard templates for the books, but the pictures will not be altered in any other way. Upon completion and shipping of the book, the pictures will be deleted from our system and NEVER used for any other purpose.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable) We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

Personally identifiable information We DO NOT and WILL NOT share any personally identifiable information with any third party. We DO NOT share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners, advertisers, or other third party. We DO NOT link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information, and do not use aggregate user data

Agents We use outside shipping companies to fulfill orders, and PayPal for payment processing. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Legal Disclaimer We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Choice/Opt-out We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, when you register to receive a free sample, but do not wish to receive any additional information from the company, you can indicate your preference on the form. On any and all communication from the company we offer an opportunity to opt-out of future communication.

Log Files As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files.
